MRC is expanding into automotive research with Thatcham here in Malaysia, and we are looking for the following expertise. If you are ambitious and highly motivated, we would like to encourage you to apply.

Audit Resources ( 2 positions )

Two full time audit managers to conduct vehicle security audits. One should be an experienced and qualified automotive electrician, and the other should be a qualified mechanic, with some electrical background/skills.

Component Testing ( 1 position )

For the aftermarket, and for some Malaysian vehicle manufacturer line-fit security components, we need the expertise or resources to conduct a number of technical tests - stress testing, salt-mist corrosion, etc. to Thatcham criteria.


1 - Installation Engineer Accreditation ( 1 position )

Each security component installation engineer will need to be accredited to Thatcham standards. MRC will validate and check the training and competence of the engineers, subject to a certification and audit by Thatcham. MRC would then contract with the installer/installation company, and charge the certification and audit fees.
